Digital Identity
Scan Iqama, national ID and passports in seconds instead of writing names by hand.
The complete visitor management suite for Saudi Arabia. Pre-registration, ID verification, badge printing and access control in one system, running in Arabic and English.
Providing businesses with cutting-edge software, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions from trusted global providers.
A visitor management system is software that handles everyone who walks into your building. Instead of a security guard writing names in a book, the visitor is registered on a screen, their ID is scanned, the person they came to meet gets a message, and a badge is printed. When they leave, the system records that too.
Tadeed supplies and installs this system for organisations across Saudi Arabia. We deploy the Entry2Exit platform, which is already running in banks, hospitals, hotels, refineries, schools and government buildings across the region, and we configure it around the way your site actually works. Your reception, your rules, your approval chain, your languages.
You can start at one gate and add more sites later. Everything stays in one dashboard, so head office can see every visitor across every location without calling each branch.
The visitor management system replaces the paper register, the plastic pass and the phone call to reception.
The visitor is identified, their visit is approved by the right person, they get access only to the areas they need, and every movement is stored as a record you can pull up later.

Sites in KSA are getting bigger and busier. A single office tower can take hundreds of visitors, contractors and delivery drivers in a day, and a notebook at the gate cannot keep up with that.
Scan Iqama, national ID and passports in seconds instead of writing names by hand.
Collect, store and delete visitor data to PDPL rules, on-premise or in the cloud.
Hold contractor permits, safety induction and sponsor checks before anyone enters.
Screens, invitations, badges and notifications run in Arabic and English.
Head office sees every visitor across every branch without calling each site.
Know who is inside right now, and log the exit when they leave.
The parts most organisations use, configured around your reception, your rules and your languages.
Your team invites the visitor before the visit. The visitor gets an email or WhatsApp message with a QR code, the date and time, the location on the map and any site rules they need to read first. At the gate they scan the code and walk in.
The visitor’s document is scanned at check-in and the details fill the form automatically. Names are spelled correctly, numbers are captured accurately, and returning visitors are recognised on their next visit.
Put a kiosk in the lobby or a tablet on the reception counter. The visitor enters their own details or scans their ID, the badge prints, and the queue at the desk disappears. Your receptionist goes back to receiving people instead of filling forms.
Regular visitors, contractors and staff can be enrolled once and enter by face after that. Access is tied to a schedule and to specific areas, so a contractor cleared for the plant floor on Tuesday morning cannot walk into the server room on Friday night.
The host knows their visitor has arrived before the guard picks up the phone. Security gets an alert the moment someone on a watchlist checks in, or when a visitor overstays their approved time.
If you run several buildings, head office sees all of them in one view: who is on site right now, which gate is busy, which host keeps their visitors waiting. Local admins only see their own site, so a branch manager cannot pull records from another region.
Tadeed visitor management gives you everything you need to register, approve and track every visitor across your sites.

Six steps, from the invitation to the record.
The host schedules the visit and the visitor receives an invitation with a QR code, the time, the gate and directions. Walk-in visitors skip this step and start at the gate.
At the kiosk, tablet or guard desk, the visitor scans their QR code or presents their Iqama, national ID or passport. Their details and photo are captured.
The system checks the visitor against your rules: is the host available, is the permit valid, is this person on a watchlist. Entry is approved or denied on the spot.
A badge prints with the visitor’s name, photo and access level. Doors, turnstiles and barriers open only for the areas that badge is allowed into.
The host is notified that their guest has arrived. The visitor now appears on the live on-site list, which security and the evacuation report both use.
Every site has different visitors, different risks and different rules. The system is configured for the way your industry works, not the other way round.

Three options, chosen to suit your data policy: your existing on-premise server, a private cloud server you own and manage, or a managed cloud server we host for you.
Run it on your own servers on site when data has to stay inside the building.
Host on a cloud you own and manage, still inside Saudi Arabia if your policy requires it.
We host and maintain it for you, with local installation, training and support.
Find quick answers about Visitor Management System, installation, hosting, and how it runs across your sites in Saudi Arabia.
Yes. The visitor screens, kiosk, invitations, badges, notifications and reports all run in Arabic and English, and the visitor picks their language at the kiosk. Other languages can be added if your workforce needs them.
Yes. You can run it on your own servers on site, on your own cloud inside the Kingdom, or on a managed cloud we host and maintain. Organisations with data residency rules in their security policy usually choose one of the first two.
Yes. The scanner reads Iqama, Saudi national ID and passports, and fills the visitor form from the document. The visitor’s record is stored for their next visit, so repeat check-ins take a few seconds.
In most cases yes. The platform integrates with common access control, turnstile, barrier and lift systems, so the visitor badge opens the right doors instead of being just a piece of printed paper. Send us the make and model of what is installed and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
No. Visitors receive a QR code by email or WhatsApp and scan it at the gate. Nothing to download, nothing to register for.
A single site with a standard setup is usually live within a few weeks, including installation, configuration and training your reception and security teams. Multi-site rollouts and custom integrations take longer and we scope those before quoting.
Yes. Contractors are set up as their own visitor type with their own approval chain, so entry depends on a valid permit and a completed induction. Sites that need full permit-to-work handling usually add the gate pass and work permit module alongside this one.
Yes. Head office gets a view across every site, while each local admin sees only their own location. Policies are set centrally and can be adjusted per branch where a site needs something different.
The system produces a live list of every visitor, contractor and staff member currently on site, so the assembly point roll call is based on the actual record rather than memory.
Yes. Kiosk screens, invitation emails, forms and printed badges all carry your logo, colours and wording. Different branches can use different templates if they need to.
Pricing depends on the number of sites, the modules you use, whether you need hardware such as kiosks and badge printers, and where the system is hosted. We quote after a short call about your sites and visitor volumes.
