ANPR Parking Management System in Saudi Arabia

Tadeed installs and supports ANPR-based parking management systems across Saudi Arabia, covering entry, exit, payment, guidance and reporting on a single platform. Cameras read the plate at the gate, drivers pay by contactless tap, QR code, handheld terminal or cash, and every movement is logged against the plate.

  • Ticketless ANPR entry and exit
  • Contactless, QR, handheld or cash payment
  • Arabic and English driver screens
  • Live occupancy and revenue dashboard
  • Survey, install and 24/7 support by Tadeed

Driving Innovation Through Strategic Technology Partnerships

Providing businesses with cutting-edge software, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions from trusted global providers.

A vehicle arrives, the ANPR camera reads the number plate, the arrival time is logged and the barrier opens. Nothing is issued and nothing is handed over. On the way out the plate is read again, the fee is calculated from time spent inside, and the barrier lifts once payment against that plate is confirmed.

Where the driver has already paid inside the building, the barrier is usually open before the car reaches it. Entry rules, alerts and time windows run on your own policy, with visitors, tenants and staff mapped separately and charged differently.

Tadeed supplies and installs this system for parking operators, mixed-use towers, retail destinations and hospital campuses across Saudi Arabia. Our own engineers handle the survey, the installation and the support that follows.

Overview

How the parking management system works

Cameras read the plate at the gate. Drivers pay when it suits them.

Every movement is logged against that plate, from entry to payment to exit, with no ticket to lose.

The parts most organisations use are simple:

  • The ANPR camera reads the number plate, logs the arrival time and the barrier opens
  • The stay is measured from entry to exit, with different rules for visitors, tenants and staff
  • Pay in under five seconds by contactless card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, QR, handheld or cash
  • Pay before the exit lane using QR codes on signage, kiosks, receipts or lift lobbies
  • On the way out the plate is read again and the barrier lifts on confirmed payment
  • Receipts carry your branding, with processing through your existing banking partner
  • Live occupancy and revenue views for operations, finance and security

How the parking management system works
Why Tadeed

Why Saudi facilities are automating parking

Mixed-use towers, retail destinations and hospital campuses in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam now run parking at a scale a manned cash booth cannot see, let alone control.

Beyond the Booth

Open the barrier and record the stay in one movement, even at campus scale.

Accounted Revenue

The system that opens the lane is the one that records the money.

Contactless Exit

Settle in seconds by tap, QR or handheld, at the lane or before it.

Keep Your Hardware

Existing ANPR cameras and barriers stay. The platform is brand agnostic.

Policy Per Site

Rates, free parking and bookings are configured for each facility.

Visitor Parking

QR invites and pre-registered plates clear guests at the gate.

Parking management system features

What separates one car park from another is usually policy rather than hardware. Rates, permissions, free parking and bookings are configured per site.

Your policy

Rates, permissions and bookings

Hourly rates, grace periods and monthly subscriptions are set per site and per user group. Free parking, pre-booked slots and visitor invitations sit on the same rules engine.

  • Hourly rates, grace periods and monthly subscriptions, set per site and per user group
  • Free parking assigned by admins or by retail tenants, based on a purchase or on how long the visit lasted
  • Pre-booked slots with allocation rules, hold and expiry logic, and live availability shown to the driver
  • Visitor invitations carrying a single-use or scheduled QR code, with pre-registered plates cleared for ANPR entry
  • Valet check-in and check-out recorded in the system rather than on a paper ticket that can be lost
  • EV chargers billed alongside parking, by time, by kWh or as a bundled rate on one invoice
Live ops

Live Occupancy and Revenue Dashboard

Operations, finance and security each get their own view of the same data, with role-based access controlling what appears. The dashboard shows live occupancy by bay, zone and level, revenue as it comes in, and where the peaks fall.

  • Live occupancy by bay, zone and level
  • Revenue as it comes in, with peak windows visible
  • Reports with plate, entry time, exit time, fee paid and payment reference
  • Captured plate image stored with the movement
  • Mobile number and email where collected

Works With Your Existing Cameras and Barriers

If the site already runs ANPR cameras or automatic barriers, they usually stay. The platform is brand agnostic and integrates with ISS, Hikvision, Dahua, SSK and Axis hardware, plus access control and building management systems, through an open integration framework.

  • Brand-agnostic integration with common ANPR and barrier lines
  • ISS, Hikvision, Dahua, SSK and Axis hardware supported
  • Access control and building management through an open framework
  • Tadeed carries its own camera, barrier, kiosk and LED display lines where new equipment is needed

Parking Guidance Inside the Facility

Management runs the operation and the revenue. Guidance runs what the driver sees once inside. A sensor at each bay detects whether a car is parked there and an LED indicator shows green for free and red for occupied, so open spaces are visible from the end of the aisle.

  • Bay sensors with green/red LED indicators
  • Wayfinding displays at entrances and ramp junctions
  • Available slots shown per level before the driver commits to a floor
  • Sensor count and display layout scale from a single-level lot to a multi-level structure
Local delivery

Installation and Support Across Saudi Arabia

Tadeed installs with its own engineers rather than subcontracting, so the survey, the cabling, the configuration and the staff training sit with one team. Support runs 24/7 after handover, and the interface is available in Arabic and English.

  • Survey, cabling, configuration and training with one team
  • A small lot is typically live in one to two weeks
  • A large multi-level facility runs four to eight weeks
  • 24/7 support after handover
  • Driver-facing screens, kiosk prompts and admin in Arabic and English
Multi-city

One platform across several cities

Every site sits under one platform. Global administrators see occupancy, incidents and revenue across all locations while local administrators manage only their own facility, and reporting filters by branch, zone or time window.

  • One sign-in across every car park
  • Global view of occupancy, incidents and revenue
  • Local administrators limited to their own facility
  • Reporting filtered by branch, zone or time window
Our Process

From the gate to the revenue record

Six steps, from plate read to the export finance actually uses.

01

Arrive

The ANPR camera reads the plate. Arrival time is logged and the barrier opens. Nothing is handed over.

02

Park

Bay sensors and wayfinding displays show open spaces per aisle and per level.

03

Pay

Tap and go, QR on the phone, handheld terminal or cash. Pay at the exit or long before reaching it.

04

Exit

The plate is read again. The fee is calculated from time inside. The barrier lifts once payment is confirmed.

05

Record

Plate, times, fee, payment reference and captured image sit on one movement record.

Driving Digital Transformation

Sectors using the parking system

The same software runs a single-lane lot and a multi-level structure with several entrances. What changes is the number of cameras, barriers, sensors and displays, not the platform underneath.

Corporate offices

Staff, visitors and tenants mapped separately, with different rates and time windows.

Commercial parking operators

Revenue accounted for against the plate, with occupancy visible while it is happening.

Real estate and mixed-use

Towers and destinations too large to run from a manned booth.

Retail

Free parking tied to a purchase or visit length, assigned by tenants or admins.

Healthcare

Hospital campuses with visitor, staff and patient parking on different rules.

Education, government and smart city

Multi-site estates with one platform and local admin scopes.

Deployment and hosting inside the Kingdom

Three options, chosen to suit your data policy: your existing on-premise server, a private cloud server you own and manage, or a managed cloud server we host for you.

On-premise

Run it on your own servers on site when data has to stay inside the building.

Managed cloud

We host and maintain it for you, with local installation, training and support.

Questions

Parking Management System FAQs

Find quick answers about Parking Management System, installation, hosting, and how it runs across your sites in Saudi Arabia.

Cost is driven by the number of entry and exit lanes, the cameras and barriers needed, the payment hardware at each lane, and how much existing equipment can be reused. A site with usable cameras already in place costs considerably less than a greenfield installation, so Tadeed quotes after a survey rather than from a price list.

A small parking lot is usually live in one to two weeks. A large multi-level facility takes four to eight weeks, including hardware installation, configuration, testing and staff training.

In most cases yes. The Entry2Exit parking platform works with commonly deployed ANPR and barrier hardware including ISS, Hikvision, Dahua, SSK and Axis, and reusing it shortens the rollout. Where a device is too old or the camera angle is wrong, we say so during the survey.

A fallback is configured before the system goes live. A staff member can enter the plate manually, a ticket-based lane can be kept as backup, or the driver can key the plate in at a kiosk or in the mobile app. The vehicle is logged either way.

Core functions including barrier operation and bay guidance keep running offline, and data syncs once connectivity returns. Mobile app features, remote monitoring and cloud reporting need a connection to update in real time.

Yes. The same software runs a single-lane lot and a multi-level structure with several entrances. What changes is the number of cameras, barriers, sensors and displays, not the platform underneath.

Yes. Driver-facing screens, kiosk prompts and the admin interface run in Arabic and English, and receipts can be issued in either language.
